Our firm

We combine advisory work and litigation in commercial, employment and administrative law. Our aim is to identify our clients' legal risks before disputes arise and to give them the information they need, in plain language, when decisions are made.

For companies, we provide ongoing support from contract drafting to shareholder relations; for employers, from termination procedures to occupational health and safety obligations. Preventive advice often avoids long and costly disputes.

For individual clients, we guide them through employee claims, reinstatement and challenges to administrative decisions, explaining in advance what to expect at every stage.
